am getting exactly the same problem! Thought at first it was an issue with Mcafee but now I am leaning towards my issue being with having some oracle 7 and 8 stuff on the NT wks.

what is the basic config on your machines.

Mine is:
NT4 sp5
Oracle 7
Oracle 8 (nearly)
Mcafee VirusScan
Office 97 Prof.

Thats about it!
