How to establish a TCP/IP connection with PL/SQL

I have to establish a TCP/IP connection to a pop3 server with PL/SQL.
The purpose is to use the pop3 user accounts for authentification, which
is possible with telnet.


May anyone have an idea how to do this???
Please help me!!
