where to set nls_language

Hi there,



i got the problem that i have to import numbers from a access-database
to an oracle database



those numbers are in AMERICAN format (not europe) so i have to set the
environmentvariable


NLS_LANGUAGE and TERRITORY, but i dont know where to set.
Can I set those parameters anywhere in the Net8-configuration of the
oracle-client ?
