Hi.



We have Oracle 7.3.4 running on NT4. Can anyone tell me why the TCP ping
times are fine - real quick, but the TNSPING command gives slow results.
I'm aware that the TNSPING will always be slower, but this is much
slower than on any of our other servers.



Any ideas?
