Look for the files in
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/install/rdbms/crdb.orc $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/install/rdbms/crdb2.orc
They pretty much give you what you need. These files are mostly .sql files, but they should be copied and edited.
