hello,



i'm making a website with WebDb. But some things i have to make myself in
pl/sql, because WebDb won't make it for me. Now i'm looking for a way to
send emails, containing data from the database, to people whos
e-mail-address is stored in the database. I want to do this automaticly.
So what i want to make is a small mailingsystem.



Can anybody help me with this problem.
