Actually the quickest way looks like to attach those foxpro tables to an access database and exporting them in access directly to oracle. Provided you didn´t use lowercase, spaces and other special characters in your foxpro tablenames, should work like a charm. If you do have special characters, either change your object names or be prepared to enclose them in " everywhere in Oracle.
