Errors with Oracle 8.0.4 and NT Workstation

After installing Oracle 8.0.4, I keep getting these error messages when I try to run the installer or other applications such SQL Net Easy Configuration.

This is the error than I am getting:
Dr. Watson
An application error has occurred.
ORAINST.exe
Exception: Access Violation (0xc0000005)

Please Help!!!!
