In my most recent app, I had occassion to create (in Forms) a work screen (control block) in which the user could sort the screen various ways after altering the numbering sequences. I accomplished this with PL/SQL tables and some procedures (Forms Program Units) to perform the sorting functions....

Anyone who wishes to read the code may write to me. I'll be happy to forward the sort routines as an example to anyone who wants them....
