I am developing applications to generate graphs from data stored within an oracle db. I have come across a few nice chart drawing applets/servlets for creating the graphs on the web, but wondered if anyone had come across any packages/procedures that created graphs with oralce as blob for example.

Secondly if there are any oracle procedures for statistical analysis, espicailly non-linear regression,
