Looks like you have a profile assigned that limits your idle time.  Query (if
possible) the dba_profile  and dba_users tables to find what profile and limits
on resources you have.  Request the DBA to assign you a profile with a longer
idle_time resource. You can also request to have it changed to unlimited, if
that is what you need.
