[Books] advice needed

Hello !

I'm looking for advices about books. I'm looking for explanation and training with stored procedures, packages and PL/SQL. And also about FORMS. Which one is the easiest to learn by myself ? packages, etc .. or FORMS ? I heard about books :

-the complete reference Oracle 8, KOCH & LONEY

- Oracle PL/SQL programming, Feuerstein

Building intelligent database with Oracle PL/SQL, triggers,.... , OWENS

Can anyone give me an advice ?

Unfortunately, i found nothing about FORMS. Is there some books in other countries than France ?
