It is available at http://www.oracle.com by clicking on "Oracle Store",
"Database" tab, and scroll down to "Oracle8i Personal Edition" (Named User
Single Server - $395). I didn't find it at http://www.pricewatch.com or
http://www.cdw.com or http://www.ebay.com and didn't really expect to.
