OO4O is a DAO like interface to Oracle you can use in either VB or Visual C++.
There should be no problem running PL/SQL in MS-Access using ODBC, just wrap the stored procedure in begin end; and that's it. You can download OO4O at technet.oracle.com, it is also included in the standard client distribution.
