Has anybody here been to Oracle Technology Network? (http://technet.oracle.com)

I checked it out the RAID5 question I had. RAID5 is DEFINITELY not recommended for the redo logs. Oracle says you can use RAID5 for the db files but only if necessary. Not the first choice.

Oracle Technet has a unch of articles on tuning I/O & also has discussion boards.
