svrmgrl - ORA-06413 Connection not open

Hi:



    After installing Oracle  8.0.5 on Redhat 6.0 with all the necessary
patches (including glibcpatch), and try to start the svrmgrl I get the
following message:



    ORA-06413 Connection not open



    Can anyone help me please? Thanks a lot....
