I installed oracle lite  for NT 3.1.4.10  and am attempting to use 
SQL plus 3.3.2.02. 



I am attempting to be a standalone server. 



Polite shows in c: and the drivers show in ODCB area, yet I cannot SIGN-ON.
I attempt to use SCOTT and TIGER as directed, but get a ORA-03121 no connection
error.



Have installed on 95, 98 and NT  NO GOOD.



HELP!!!  PLEASE
