I tried to test the parameter log_checkpoint_timeout. These are the settings

log_checkpoint_timeout = 15
log_checkpoint_interval = 0

I open one session and tried repeated to insert some records and commit for about a minute and open another session to look at the statistics 'DBWR checkpoint' at the same time. However, I don't see the value changes. It the setting of log_checkpoint_timeout is set to 15 seconds, should I assume that the checkpoint will take place every 15 seconds based on the update I have done?
