Newbie Q - Connecting to a DB

Hello,

I'm trying to learn Oracle, so be gentle. How do I connect to a db I just created using the DB Assistant in NT? I used all of the defaults while creating the db w/ the assistant, and it said the db name was ORCL0. I'm guessing I have to specifiy it in the "service" line of the login box, but no luck when I type in ORCL0, INTERNAL/ORACLE (username/password). Help... thnx.
