Oracle Advanced Queuing Callback to VB

I'm trying to develop an application that can recieve notification from an Oracle database using the 8i Advanced Queuing(AQ) feature to callback the VB application (OraAQ.StartMonitor function).

Is there anyone out there who has experience with AQ/VB and Oracle Objects for Ole, and has successfully implemented a callback to the application? An example code snippet for how this was accomplished would be a fantastic help.
