You need to remove and create filesystems to do that. Oracle officially
requires 4 mountpoints on different disks. Solaris wise it should not be a
problem to create all those file systems on one disk, however, I strongly
advise against that.
1.5 Gb for software is overkill. 500Mb should be sufficient.
