well it looks like all the roles are set correcty.... but it still does not work..

my dba told me that there are two packages which are not able to be recompiled.......well infact they are invalid

the packages are:
ck_util
rmmac

the error logs tells:

identifer 'sys.dbms_lock' must be declared

u have an answer ????
