Hi all,

I have a problem regarding the use of LOBs in OCI. My tables contain data of type varchar, number etc. Now,I have allocated a locator and then bound it as an output variable in order to get the selected data from the table. I want to use the CLOB objects to retrieve the data from the tables depending upon the select query. When I tried to do it as above, I get an error "Inconsistent Datatypes".

Can U please tell me a way by which I can use these LOBs to retrieve the data???

Thanks and Regrads,
Deepa. Received on Wed Mar 15 2000 - 06:11:44 CST
