Personal Oracle8i is not supported on Win 95, or so I was told. It supposedly runs on Win 98, but in a somewhat limited manner. On Win 98 for example, you can't configure a listener. On NT, Personal Oracle8i runs just like BIG Oracle.

p.s. I have not actually tried to install it on Win98 myself. This is just what I have read. I suppose now I'll go and try it<g>.
