sql loader

I'm trying to load ~500 ascii files (~50 million records with ~50 fields per record) into Oracle using SQL Loader in 15 minutes. Is it possible? Lots of records in minimal time. Additional parameters in sqlldr are: DIRECT=TRUE & PARALLEL=TRUE

I'm running on Unix Solaris 2.6 with 8x167MHz and 2.0 GB RAM. Using Oracle 8.1.5.

If you have done something similar to this before, please help. Don't know if this can even be done.
