I am getting the following error


ERROR: com.sssw.rt.util.AgoApplicationException: Invalid argument.
I think it is to do with a date


the database is oracle.   I have declared the variable as date
but my program will not update an oracle table using  date - it will however
display any dates in database as type datetime



any ideas
