Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.misc -> Problem with special characters with JDBC/Oracle
I have a record in an Oracle database with a
special character in a field value. The value is
'A CORUŅA'. When I read the value using Java/JDBC,
I get '0x4120434F5255C39141' (that's an hex
coding!), instead of 'A CORUŅA'. Why?
