XML parser written in PL/SQL?

Does anyone know of any PL/SQL package or library that will parse XML, which is callable from PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle 7.3?

I know of an XML parser for PL/SQL that is already available, but it is for Oracle 8i and is built on a combination of PL/SQL and Java. My restriction is that it must work with Oracle 7.3 (thus no Java, no Oracle8 objects).

I would prefer to avoid writing my own parser if possible.
