In France, you have other solutions:
- if you have a name, you can freely get the address and the phone
number if the person did not put himself on the red list. This service is provided by the French public service : www.pagezoom.com !!! But if you live in France, you get a paper edition for your district.

• if you have a phone number, you can get the name of the person for about 10 FF, about 2$. It is perfectly legal.

Anyway, as said on previous posting, I would not give my credit card number to them...
