Looking for ifcmp60

We're running our Oracle server, apps, etc., under Solaris. My understanding is that I can create forms with developer2000 at my windows work station, and then move
the resulting .fmb files to the server and use a program called ifcmp60 to compile these files for the sun platform. Trouble is, I can't find this program. We have
Developer and Developer Server distribution disks for solaris, but I can't find ifcmp60 on either or, for that matter, anywhere in our current Oracle installation. Can
anybody help me out? Point me in the right direction where I can find this utility?
