MS has taken great pains to make their stuff work with Oracle. Also, I think you are mistaken about ODBC being "slow." But that said, MS includes a high performance OLE DB driver with their latest products. But you should also be able to use the Oracle ODBC driver. Another alternative is just to export the data into a text file, then use bcp to load it into MS SQL.
