Current ver of PL/SQL?

Hey, all;

I have a copy of Oracle PL/SQL programming from my last aborted attempt to learn Oracle a couple of years back. On the cover, it says that it covers PL/SQL ver 2.2 and 2.3. Is this book any good to me or should I go get another one?
