The $ORACLE_HOME/network/public directory is missing in Oracle 8i 8.1.5 on
solaris (downloaded version from Oracle web site).
In fact i have now resolved my link error. I have rebuilt the libcnltsh.so
shared library with the tools provided by Oracle. Now it's ok.
