My recommendation is to buy THE PL/SQL book 'Oracle PL/SQL Programming' by Steven Feuerstein, published by O'Reily. His writing style is very good for a beginner and gives tips on good programming practice. Even people with advanced konowledge of PL/SQL find it useful as a reference, so it will last right through your time with Oracle rather than being a disposable purchase. There are other books too like the ones on Oracle in-built packages which you can add to the collection.

I think with this book and a personal copy of Oracle you will get further than with a tutorial program.
