I found it - SYS.DBMS_CRYPTO_TOOLKIT HAS THE ENCRYPT, AND DESCRYPT
PROCS, AS WELL AS SOME OTHERS, BUT I HAVEN'T STARTED PLAYING WITH IT
YET -WAS JUST CHECKING TO SEE IF OTHERS HERE HAD - LET ME KNOW HOW YOUR
PLAYING GOES, AS I WILL FOR YOU.
