I've never tried, but I think it's possible. Check REMOTE_OS_AUTHENT, and eventually OSAUTH_PREFIX_DOMAIN (it is NOT an init.ora parameter !!).

But you must know this is hazardous, if your network isn't secure: anybody, logged on a NT station with an existing username in the database, will be able to connect !!
