I looks like users SYSTEM and U02IB94 do have different idea where to look
for TNSNames.ORA.
In RegEdit check for value ORACLE_HOME
it should be in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
not in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
Other thing : check your PATH . is ORANT\BIN in system path or only user
path.
I'll have to ask our network and NT gays.
I think I do remember that there are some special settings for user SYSTEM.
Send me an email . I may have some more answers tomorrow. (Friday that is)
