Hello to all, I'm currently in an Oracle Developer class & have
Personal Oracle ver 8.0.xx on my Windows98 machine at home. Most
functions working OK, I'm trying to get the tcp-loopback listener to
run, have gone through the Net8config & the test function for
tcp-loopback.world with bequeath function set up for local use says
all is well. Then when I try to start up the listener with command
line
LSNRCTL80.EXE start
Windows give me this headache

Any ideas?
I've usually gotten this type of error from windows 95, not so often in 98 & Netscape was the primary offender.
