Greetings All,

I am just a newbie and have 3 basic questions that need your assistance.

Environment : - Oracle 7.3.4.5 on NT 4 Server.

  1. How do I change the password for INTERNAL user in SVRMGR. I can alter the password for both SYS and SYSTEM but not for INTERNAL. (My default password for INTERNAL had been changed after I imported a dump file..and are not able to login as INTERNAL anymore)
  2. If I had manually created a new database aside from the default, is there a way that I can set the services to default to my new database created and not the default database ? Or do I have to mount it manually each time when I reboot my OS ?
  3. Can I drop the default database without running into specific problem ?

Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
