Designer 2000 error

Hi,
After a week trying to install Designer 2000, i am still confronted by the smae obstacle! This error keeps on coming back, time after time!

How do i build the Import views or tables?!

IMP-00003: Oracle error 942 encountered
ORA-00942: Table/View does not exist
IMP-00023: Import views not installed, please notify your DBA
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully
