*** HELP !!!

Hi everybody!

I´ve been installed Oracle 8.0.5.1(patched) & OAS 3.02 on Red Hat 6.0. During starting-up admin listener and wrb (part of installation OAS) installation program freeze.
Then I deinstall and install OAS again and I NOT choose start admin listener and wrb automaticaly, run post-installation, everything ok. But when I want to start wrb ('owsctl start wrb') the folowing error occured:
OWS-08820: Unable to start WRB process
`/opt/oracle/app/oracle/product/8.0.5/ows/3.0/bin/mnaddrsrv'.

Please help !!!
What's wrong?
