How complicated is your app?
And how soon do you need it?

WebDB is fine and shows promise for very simple apps, but.. unfortunately I don't think it is ready for prime time. Maybe in v3.0.
What is your expertise?
If you know html, try OAS and the toolkit, and just code it (JCI).
