Yes, the registry setting is the one you want...If you have multiple
oracle_homes, it is a good idea to set this in each of them
( imho, the idea of multiple homes is one of the worst Oracle has come up
with...it make administration much more complex than it needs to be...OK, end of
unrequested editorial)
