Hi,

Personal Oracle 8.0.5 sertified against MS Windows 98, previous only against MS Windows 95;
Take attempt recreate rollback segment - if it possible you lost only part of your data (rollback and roll forward) not all;
Contact with Oracle represantative (but possible formal answer p.1).
