But there has to be a place where this is defined, no?

I trie webdb and webdb/webdb and no go. What's the deal with 2 names? One is the schema and the other the user? Anyway, the user webdb doesn't exist and putting "grant ... to webdb/webdb" gives an error.

Help! I have had plenty of other things to do and for now have been using SqlPlus to do this task, manually. But I REALLY want to do this from a web page!
