Hi,

did you double-check your

listener.ora for

ORACLE_HOME= /oracle/product/....
SID_NAME = LEAF BTW. ORACLE_HOME must not point to a soft-link

tnsping is OK ? hmmm :-|
Try tnsping '(ADDRESS=(COMMUNITY=TCP.world)(PROTOCOL=TCP)(Host=<yourhost>)

       (Port=1526))'

Do not forget the surrounding '' otherwise the shell mock up.
