Tcl scripts (HP-UX) / HP Openview / SNMP traps

Hello,
I want to set up an environment that can generate SNMP traps from Oracle databases (probably via oraTcl scripts) so that HP Openview can popup an alert-window on it.

By example, An alert-popup window has to be generated at the moment that a specified tablespace is almost full.

So, my questions are:
-Does anybody know how to run oraTcl scripts under HP-UX on the command
prompt?

-Or does anybody have experience with HP Openview and Oracle SNMP
traps, and can tell something about it?
