View Web Page from Oracle Form

Using Dev2K 1.3.2 or 1.6.1, I would like to create an Oracle Form on which there is a window, in which will be displayed the text-contents of a URL. I would hard-code the URL when creating the form.

The idea is that we would publish a system-status page on the web, and we would like to contents of that system-status page to be displayed in a window on an Oracle Form. So users could see that system status either by going to the web, or by launching this form.

Is there a way to create such a form? If so, can someone please point me in the right direction?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
