ODBC and scrollable cursors

Hi,



I just poked through some Oracle Documentation (OCI and support of
ODBC API). I found no information about scrollable cursors. Just plain
MoveNext.



Is there a way to have scrollable cursors with oracle?
Probably ODBC client cursors will work.
Are there server side scrollable cursors with Oracle?
Does OCI support cursor scrolling?
