Slow connection to Oracle Cluster

Dear Oracle wizards,

we have set up an Oracle Cluster (Oracle 7.3.4 on NT4.0 SP5) using fail-safe (2.1.3).

When connecting from the same network (net_A) to the oracle server all works fine.

When we connect from another network (net_B) it lasts about 1 minut to establish a connection.

Additional info :
When connecting from net_B to another Oracle server on net_A (not in cluster) there is no problem at all.

Any hints are welcome
